Is there a cheat called Anti Kick, like admin can not kick you from the server or something, and you won't get that "Server closed the connection" and he can not kick you from the server, is that possible?

there is no hack like that if u want something like that first you must go and merry donald trump daughter then pay to admins to give you permission to use all kind of hacks on their servers

for anti kick idk but u can use shift + 0 with blue eclipse mod when admin kick u it will automatically 
relog u without exiting from game

and that in the video is for sure some player ID bug when someone other try to pm him or whatever player will receive message like Player is not on the server anyway he had luck
