Help ISP banned

Hello, I'm playing in a server but the owner blocked new registration from my country it says ISP blocked.
How can I play ?

Creating a new windows account will be useless as the ISP is totally banned. In this case, use something that will change your ip address completely. Like ;
from
127.0.0.1
to
63.53.52.51

not like from
127.0.0.1
to
127.0.5.3

In order to do that i think you should use a software called frostyvpn.

I'm using it but it give me Hight ping and this server doesn't respond  :sweet_jesus:

Choose a different country and then join the server (choose a country near to the server's host)

clad if he only block registration use vpn just to register then login normaly
