Yes, there are 3 predefined speeds for the AI Driver, you can use the commands /slowAI, /normAI and /fastAI. These are the speeds that I found the AI to be working his best, so I didn't bother adding more variation to it.

Sup, what means GPCI Changer?

GPCI is an identifier, an ID of your GTA / SAMP installation, and it's static, meaning it doesn't change by itself.
GPCI Changer is a function that changes that ID every time you open the game, used to bypass some trash anti-cheats, for ban evasion.
