Lua script cant detect cyrillic, how to fix it

When i try to edit some lua script, i get this i want to change a language but when i open i only see those symbols
Im new in scripting so i dont know how to change it

Change the VSCode encoder to Windows 1252, that should be enough to solve this problem.

In VS Code, go to File >> Preferences >> Settings >> In the search bar, search for 'encoding' >> Files: Encoding and select Western (Windows 1252).
