I don't have bots. But uhm, by saying bots, i remembered a way to cheat scores. Normally join the server when nobody was online. Then, join the server with a Raksamp bot, do fakekill, you will get more scores. But if you do it when some players were online, then you would give scores to all other players too.

Memory editing is how s0beit is almost fully made (well those speedhack thingys are made in other way i think, speed vectors and other shit and ofc s0beit is injecting also some shits to the game, not only memory editing)

Some of them are static (like money) some of them are dynamic so you need to get the CPed (pointer) value and add the offset to it (remember that addresses are HEX !)
some of them are blocked in SA-MP, and some of them you just need to NOP and you can use them (like game speed & hour) in some you need to use VirtualProtectEx to change the protection (id doubt if those addresses are on this site, the addressess with you need to change the protection are mainly from SA-MP (samp.dll + addy)
If you want i can help you but only in VB.NET with code, in cleo i can only give you the theory because i didnt even tried to learn it as its pretty useless

Fakekilling by ID, but most server this day have protection for that.
