i tested it here most of rpcs worked just fine set interior id vehicle engine weapon , give take damage play audio stream etc...

So do this 
1. delete that gta sa and install new one 
2. then install samp 
3. check if everything works fine
4. then install this mod Menyo
5. again check if everything works fine 

if everything is ok then you are good to go :urtheman:
