Try using glance_mod and enable fps unlocker.
If it runs smooth too then you need a fps unlocker for it to be that smooth.

Wow I didn't expect an answer from Opcode, hi. 

I tried glance_mod and it does make my game smooth asf with fps unlocker, but is there anyway to not use the hacking client at all but still getting smooth gameplay since I play RP servers I occasionally have to take screenshots to prove my innocence lol
