Yes, you can disable it.
Just download and extract the archive in attachment in GTA SA Folder.

I would like to see "Toggle Draw Finder" button, because its really annoying when i dont want it. I mean in mod_sa.ini i cant see there is no edit for Draw Finder. However, awesome.
