I made this list so you could find one that you might like.
I won't tell you too much. I will let you do the downloading and find out
These are all 0.3e (I don't use 0.3e anymore) But I will sometimes downgrade just to go and have fun in some 0.3e servers if I can find any.

I will also add some 0.3e servers here just for a little bit of help.

This one has some commands as such:
/Showcmds: Shows all the commands.
/Nick (Your new name): Changed your nickname without having to relog.
/sendpic: Getting a pickup fast.
/hp: Restores health.
/admins: shows admins, well most servers have that anyway.
/antiafk: Anti afk.
/Streaminfo (Player ID): Shows info about a player.
/vcol (1,2,3,4) : Sets the color of your car.
/(PlayerID) Warp: Teleport to a player.
/Spawn (Car ID): Creates a car.[/color]
