CLEO Help money.cs - can somebody explain how this works?

Ok so here's the video about it, I don't undrstand Russian so yeah..  :sadpepe:
Basically the title says it all, maybe somebody can take a look over the code and explain to me how it works and possibly convert it for a different server.

It's just a simple /pay binder...

you write /money id amount and it just sends the command /pay id amount ... pretty stupid...



PS : it's not a money hacks if that's what you're asking.

I am trying to find a money exploit for so freaking long and I run into this, I had my hopes up real high...

The only way to exploit money is by farming it like i found something on a roleplay server with the street sweeper so i made a cleo mod that makes you drive in a circle so you get tons of money or just use checkpoint syncer with the trucker job.
