I also have this problem but an old friend told me how to solve that, i never used a file to solve that just after your mouse stop works u just need to press Start key in your keyboard then come back and mouse bug is fixed )))))

Lol Ryosuke839 already created a fix for that, does it also work by forcing Win32 API?

and its not even his work/file.. he just downlaoded the file from ryosuke839 and packed it with winrar and uploaded it here-.-#
