Help need help with gpci changer

i'm using a gpci changer it's works fine but my fps drops and the game isnt smooth no more , i tried to change gpci then drag gpci changer files out of gta folder but it restores to default gpci.
is there any solution to change gpci without keeping the gpci changer files in gta folder.
here's the gpci changer i'm using:

Open menu insert/f11
Raknet -> gpci slot
