How long does it actually take to crash a server?
Ive been trying this for the past 30minutes, im still on the server..
When i start it it says something about "Crashing starting" or soemthing, but never really crashed anything
Okay i understand that you want to be sure about your security, but beforehard, at least try to read what people say about it, if many people had tried it and got some good results and if you say that it has a virus, this just doesn't make sense. What's more, many of the .exe cheats which work as a sort of injection are considered as viruses because they totally affect an .exe file(gta_sa.exe) by changing a few codes&values. For example, if i send here a working patch/keygen of adobe photoshop, and if you scan it in virustotal.com, you will see that it looks like a virus. The reason why it looks alike is that the crack itself changes some values of an executable file. So this cheat is working the same way.

No, while pressing h+k on some shitty servers such as Night Bridge gaming ( Used to be great first 5 days, as they removed good admins 6th day I started to use this program ) text in your chat will appear ;" SAMP server crasher made by xz, server will be crahsed " or what ever. in that moment wait up to 30 seconds ( takes 10 at me ) and server wil close connection and start restaring. This will keep server down for min. 30 mins
