Yes if u use it a lot on the same player the admins will have an eye on the player who is nearby

Nothing much happens, u won't be able to move your car and it will keep taking damage and then you will have to get out before fire comes up xd

Usually its very short distance the player teleports hence anti tp hack in most servers dosent detect it, but it's very easy to make anti cheat for this
