Of course it is. They can just have a good anti-cheat, when you're drving the car on 0% fuel, the admins gets a warning.  :youdontsay:

Just use ELM, the engine remains on when the ELM is on. ( ELM - Emergency Lights Mod )

I just used sobeit's alt and managed to drive the car while no fue or totaled.
