Technically yes. They can view data that will show the bullets wont spread. They wont do this just based off of some paki crying on /report so you're safe to use it. Regardless, even if they question you, you can just say due to samp's buggy nature the data is incorrect.

It don't work with 1 UZI/TEC only, only work when you have 2 uzi/tec.

It crashes by startup by me ... I have samp 0.3z  and i have tested it with cleo 4 and cleo 3

For geniuses.

This is a cleo mod and there's a setup/programme called CLEO.

You have to download cleo 4.1 http://cleo.li/download.

Install it into your gta sa folder.

Done.

Now you've got 3 folders (CLEO, CLEO.asi and another file but I forgot the name of it)

So now you have to download the mod with clicking on the attachment once.

Now everything you still have to do is opening the downloaded file you'll see in the download.

So you just have to take this .cs file and to push it into your CLEO folder you've got after you've installed cleo 4.1.

Everything you have to do now is entering the game and pressing the activation key.

If you've downloaded the spread.cs you have to skip to the first page to see what key might be the activation key.
