Works fine for me. If you crash dont forget to extract the anticrasher and SAMP funcs too.

It won't fuck up your GTA, but could screw up some on-screen-text-related hacks, such as Admin Checker, but only on some servers and it also can cause disturbing flickering on some servers, making it unusable.
However, it is worth a try.
