How to Install ? Simply put it in your Sampfuncs folder

developer of the mod explained how it works 
MasterZer0: there is no need for weapons, sit down by the passenger and enter the command, when the stream updates, enter again to turn off ,you can also turn it on and sit in the car, the admins will crash when trying to follow you.

How does this crasher even work? I remember a very old crash bug where if you die in a invalid seat everyone crashes but thats fixed.
