Ping Increaser

Not sure if I'm asking a stupid question right now, but on kinda every server I've been dealing with a low ping.
That means I'm quite easy to lagg shoot. ( And I suck ) Any program that can increase my ping with 200 or more? Would appriciate it! Thanks lads :mrgreen: :mrgreen::mrgreen:

*join to your samp server
*hit alt tab
*open cmd from Run window
*type ping and then put your server's ip address and -t
example :

ping 173.194.70.147 -t

*go to youtube, open a video which is 10 hours long
*open utorrent and download some huge stuffs like 10 gb 12 gb(preferably 1080p porn)
*come back to the server

After installing it search for gta_sa.exe in the list and set a limit for the UPLOAD only..

I just seem not to be able to get this working, I do go to the gta.sa_exe then I click the UL limit square and edit rule and then I change the limit, but it doesnt affect my ping in SAMP, how come?

try changing the UL for the SAmp.exe instead of gta

Why do you need a software ? You can increase your ping without any 3rd party softwares, just you need;
a simple web browser
uTorrent
a healthy torrent with high seeds and lower peers.

Because if I will download all day, my brother will suffer from it aswell and will get slow internet :-( :--(

Ohh, ye you're right at your point...

AAA ! I found another way ! Use hotspot ;D Okay, it will change your country&ip address, but you will get + 200 ping for sure :lol: :lol::lol:

and if you get the wrong ip address(banned) then they'll ban you for ban evading thinking that you are some hacker trying to ban evading with the similar ip address which is already banned..

get net limiter and set a upload limit to something like 600kbps
i got my ping from 200 to 700-800 with that program once..
open game alt tab it and do some testing with the uplaod speed.

Alright mate ;-) ;-);-) I'll try it now for the second time. The thing is I'm not a computer genius at all, so probably going to take a while before I figured it out. If you can provide any screens of how to chance it, I would appriciate it! If not I understand.
