Players's Movement Bug

Like title. And I get this bug when I play SA-MP.

Due to my low-end computer, to be able to play smoothly, I used a few mods on YouTube:
1. SA Useless Files Remover
2. MixSets
3. Silent Patch
(There is more, but i can't remember)
And as a result, the game is smoother, but other players play when moving, it keeps jerking like that (Pretty annoying).
Anyone know how to fix it, please?

Oh, I also edited the MixSets.ini file, is this bug because of that?
(Because the forum doesn't allow uploading .ini files, I sent it through this link)

Is there another that can replace it? I've heard it can help avoid most crashes (and get a little fps boost too). Ah, I'm using v2.52
