Hey guys, im new here. Im very interested in gaming especially SAMP and I want to create mods/hacks serverside or clientside. so what Im asking is what all things I need to learn for the creation of mods/hacks? All I have is a basic knowledge of c++. Beside c++ what all things I need to learn?

If you really want to learn hacking, learn how to read and understand assembly. A basic knowledge of C++ is a good start but won't really help you to figure out how to mess with games. So a basic understanding of assembly and using disassemblers and debuggers like IDA or OllyDbg is what you need to learn.
