CLEO Help please help

Hey i installed sampFUNCs v3.1.1 and i got error loading plugin SAMPFUNCS v3.1.1 and i try to install asiloader but i dont know how to install the asi loader i just put it on gta sa folder and it still eror loading plugin sampfuncs

SAMPFUNCS might be blocked by your antivirus/firewall, disable them.
Be sure you have CLEO 4.1 and V1.0 US crack.
If it still doesn't work, you should reinstall GTA.

if we dont have US crack only the game we can't use SAMPFUNCS?
