Only if we can make applications running on C++
but who the fuck would hack with phone lol waste of time cuz phone typing is slow

Its not for hackers, but I heard you can download NDK for android and project template for android C++
and then port functions into that new project from rak samp source
I don't know how to make forms/buttons on C++ lol

It's possible, and not that hard actually. But no one will do it just for you.

It also depends on which device you are using: iOS or ANDROID
Android --> Eclipse (Any compter)
iOS --> XCode (Mac only, just use vbox)

But nobody will make this for one or two peoples.

I saw some (possible) android version of RakSAMP on some russian forums. But in my opinion it's completely useless and will require more effort than it's worth. I'd rather prefer something like that for the admins, and I'm thinking of doing such a "RCON Tool" for android in the future (already did that once on PC in C++ somewhere but I want to rewrite it completely and also make an android version in C++ because fuck java and others (but mainly C++ because I'll make some simple TCP networking engine for the PC version and server plugin and it would be a pain in the ass to rewrite that on Java, maybe easier on C# but still..))

Yes, it possible.
I did raksamp for android. But I from russia, so application use russian language.
As long as the application does not have many functions. Even the dialogues are not yet supported. But in the future, it will be almost a full raksamp android.
My RakDroid work with samp 0.3.7.
