After reconnect to server I can't send dialog response to server. Server ignores it. How to fix this trouble?

I saw people on a server spamming with fakekills. The player got always killed with a fist, so i downloaded this one.
But If I do !kill the server kicks me and it says Server Closed the Connection. I tested it on my homeserver but its kills with different weapons and not fist..

Its Working fine on almost all servers but i got an error(I don't know what it meant):-
Here's a screenshot of it, I think the server owner found a way to block RakSAMP.  :yesyes:  :hellno:  :bawww:

0.3.7-R2 Update here: download from Russian site

In this update i fixed some bugs and added support DIALOG_TYPE_TABLIST and DIALOG_TYPE_TABLIST_HEADERS + dialogs has original size. I update this version periodically. After some time, I plan to add autorelog and dialog id's in their headers.
