Once you activate it, you can simply paste it (Ctrl + V) whenever you want. Is a timer really necessary?

I checked it out for you, and it seems like you defined it incorrectly.
I'll give you two examples of how to define the message:

Reaction: First one who types dhy45gDS gets
=====
Reaction: First one who types XXX gets[/quote]

Reaction: First one who types "dhy45gDS" gets
=====
Reaction: First one who types "XXX" gets[/quote]

Do you understand what your mistake was? In your case, you should use the first example if you'd like it to work in your server.

What IP are you trying to use?
Did you install the latest version (1.0.5)?
Did you try opening it as administrator?
