You didn't install the CLEO correctly.
Extract tf.cs to your CLEO folder.

Use CLEO 4.1

and i press ok, and after loading samp screen game crash..

players might be able to use the vehicle trailer syncing in order to move vehicles around on the server without being in control of them.

that CLEO uses the old bug so In 0.3z R4 , the cartp no longer be synch.
