[REQ] Changing text of the chatbox

So, my friend got one but he doesn't give it to me. He change text of /stats or /help, or either /admins. How it's possible, bcz he doesn't use Photoshop or something else. Sorry for my bad english.

Sobeit by MG, can change name and do fake chat to all gamemode server but didn't sync. But also can change server stats,gov text etc but for a particular server

Cheat Engine
1) select gta procces
2) set value type to string / text
3) searchfor the text you want to change ( copy paste from chatlog )
4) double click what you get in left
5) edit
