[REQ] FPS limiter after installing crashes.exe

I recently downloaded crashes.exe for unlimit my fps (i7 and gtx 1060 6gb running at 95 fps lel) I wanted to lock it at 102 or 103 fps, but the crashes caused my game to run at 550 - 600 fps, which it's horrible because it's hard to drive cars and even shoot. the fps limiter of the game only goes up to 90, and I want 102/103. is there any method for this in the current sa-mp version? (tested if possible). thx.

use bandicam to limit your fps there shouldn't be any input lag cuz of that
but wait whats the point of gaining 8 fps?
