CLEO Help Request: Player Finder for SA:MP 0.3dl

First of all, I apologize if I posted the wrong section.
Second, I want to find a Cleo like https://ugbase.eu/threads/playerfinder-0-3-7.21286/ but works for SA:MP version 0.3dl and doesn't need Samfuncs. If someone has it, could you please share it with me?

I'm grateful for your help, but
The server I'm playing on has a pretty strict anti-cheat system (I think), I'm afraid there are functions in your project that will trigger the system. If so, could you please separate the Player Finder function for me, that's all I need (I'm working as a cop on the server, and this helps me a lot when catching criminals).

You have mod_sa.ini button shortcut settings and more just disable all buttons that way it will not bother you

I think cleo "Find a player" works in certain ranges like "Wallhack", use "Wallhack" instead
