[Request] Secret Command Finder

I have one request,
Is there any program or... which can search for hidden/secret commands in gamemode of server.
I mean that this program will try every simbol/combination...like rcon cracker...

How impossible : I mean that this will working like rcon cracker ,it tries every combination of numbers,letters and symbols and after some time of trying it will find / show available commands.

No it will not just work like that. Even if it did, servers can have 0 return's in their commands to hide the command from you still. The server could also have a custom unknown command message, in this case your rcon cracker command finder would count EVERY combo as a command.
