LOL just change:

<serverlist>http://server.sa-mp.com/0.3.6/servers</serverlist>

to:

<serverlist>file:///C:/yourlist.txt</serverlist>

And make new text file in C:\yourlist.txt with only one target IP that you want to test.

It looks for the password in a dictionary and tests every server with random password.
Looks like brutus, using brute force, but i think no one just got a RCON password for a server like NG-RP or UIF

It fails on 0 because the server admin has disabled remote queries in the config.
If you really want a version with custom IP address then I may re-write this in C++ with an option to use brute force attack or dictionary, but I have lots of other things to do now.

And when i get the some password of server, that server was Russian or other country xD
so its hard to even ban some people or make me as admin  :trollface:

There is some problem with requests to local file pathes, just use this if you want to crack one specific IP:

(which is by the way also created by me xd)
It will work unless you want to make an dictionary attack (which will suck if you have some small dictionary)
