i forgot to say that i'm with win 10 and it don't install on it.

its installed but for some reason its not really installed but it still is installed but thats why most directx9 shit still wokrs since its installed somehow but gta sa doesnt thats why it isnt properly installed and to install it you download the dxwebsteup.exe and thats how it is installed when it is not installed in windows 10
