Help samp instant crash with/without mods

hi there.

i got a really strange problem over a year already
my samp (any version) is instant crashing after pressing "connect" . with and without any mods/cleo/asis etc. even on a fresh gta sa copy..
however gta sa singleplayer starts fine!

Base: 0x03BD0000

already deleted GTA San Andreas User Files, graphic drivers, samp reinstall , game reinstall, no mods nothing still the same issue

anyone knows how to fix this?

Delete entire gtasa folder from documents

changed nothing still the same insta crash without even starting the game after pressing connect in samp

Could be DirectX related issue if you're on Win10+ (90% you are). Similar thing with crashing when I press connect happened to me when I had ENB, although singleplayer worked just fine. You could try this if all the other fixes didn't work. Also make sure you are actually launching from clean gtasa as set in the settings in samp.exe.
