Hey! When i open samp, samfuncs not workings. please help

Are you trying to connect to a 0.3DL Server with 0.3DL VERSION of SAMP?

If yes, it won't work.

No, i have 0.3.7 samp and server is for 0.3.7

Is your samp version RC1? If not, get it
Also make sure your game folder has proper user rights and path doesn't exceed 255 chars
