Help SAMPFUNCS v3.1 strange issue

Hello,

I have a really strange problem. When i download SAMPFUNCS v3.1.2.asi or any version it just doesn't let me do anything with it, If i try placing it in the gta San Andreas folder it just dissappears and this happens with most links to this mod. I'm basically trying to download a mod which is called collision.cs and this mod requires ASILoader which i have installed already but when i try installing SAMPFUNCS it just doesn't let me place it in the gta San Andreas folder, so i was wondering if anyone could help me with this?

Maybe you have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or other antivirus that silently delete it. It's fake alert, disable real-time protection, place asi file in GTA folder, then add asi file to exceptions and enable protection in your scanner again.

I have Norton 360 and Windows Firewall, maybe one of them are preventing me from installing that mod? if thats the case im not sure how you turn off them or how you can make them allow me to place them files.

After hours of searching it turns out, Norton 360 has been removing that mod, I checked by going to security history everytime i place that asi file out of the rar file it automatically gets removed by Norton and says "Threat Removed" is there a way for it to allow me to use that file?
