CLEO Help Sampfuncs wont load

please help me i reinstalled windows 10 64 bit and installed the same gta that i had before and the samp funcs is not working it wont load i put the sampfuncs.asi in gta and made a emty folder SAMPFUNCS but it WONT LOAD .... please help me i tried with asi loader 3 versions that is not working to ... i tryied gta_sa.exe v1 nope don;t know what to do i reinstalled the gta in another location i did all of that from begining now working !!!!!! please i need help

Try this one.. move it in your gta folder, and run the game once. The folder creates itself automatically.. GL

please help it didn't solve the problem i reinstalled the win again and not solved ..

Probably your antivirus deletes it because it thinks that it's a virus.

the fix was directx 9

i can use sampfuncs, but sobeit can't
