I use bandicam. 100% recording size and 100 quality and only about 10 FPS loss.

I never used that but since I am using Fraps I can say 10 fps lose is a lot.
I never had fps drops with fraps.

If you don't wanna use Shadowplay because it doesn't support your video card or you have lag issuses then DXTORY is your best option
