Could you edit it for NGG players?

I'm not sure of the NGG commands and other people may need commands edited also, so I've created an .ini version. All help info is in the .ini

You don't need the mod to stream, it just speeds things up. Instead you can type /radiostream https://6t.pe/?youtubelink or /radiostream https://6t.pe/?song=song name.
