[SF Plugin] Reconnect+ 0.3.7 - Update for SF 5.2

Description:
- Adds commands for reconnecting trip connect to the server.
- Adds a list of servers in the form of a dialogue to connect to them without leaving the game.
- Disables 3 second delay when you connect to a full server. ([NOP] No connecting delay)
- Adds a command to reconnect to the server with a different name.
- Automatically reconnect to the server when the wrong server bath. (when he writes in chat "You have been banned from this server.")

Commands:
- /recon (or /reconnect) - Reconnect without delay.
- /recon [sec] - Reconnect with a delay in seconds. (example: /recon 15 makes rejoining the server in 15 seconds)
