CLEO Help Simple cleo

A cleo that reads & counts a specific text lets say "Terminator has repaired your vehicle" then the cleo should make its INI files and save the number of times i've repaired the vehicle , then to see how many times i've repaired a vehicle , with a simple commands like /logs then it'll say "You've repaired a vehicle <the number of times i've repaired>" , to reset the values to 0 /lreset can someone help me with this please?
