Help Skin Mod in 0.3z

Would using a kirby skin mod in 0.3z be effective to avoid damage at all now that health is server sided?

I am not sure, somebody must test it. 0.3z might have something against skin modding.

You can use any skin mod so easy but you will still get hits. I mean it won't make your hitbox small like the old samps because it doesn't wait until you get hit. Hope you got my point. Now we will start to find something else to make us harder to hit etc.
