Probably because you have low FPS, when you activate it, it drops your FPS a bit ( 10 - 15fps ) which makes you see everything in slow motion ( lag )

I have I5 and GTX 770 with 8 GB RAM DDR3... i don't have low fps ¬¬.

on normal wep it works but not on sniper it only shows the green box on sniper and decreases fps by like 15..
