Inside your GTA Sa Folder, if you have s0beit installed there should be a folder called " mod_sa "
Open that folder, and inside that folder should be a file called "mod_sa" as well and should look like this http://postimg.org/image/879vm0t5p/
After you open that file, you should make your own search and see where are the options of s0beit. In order to make it easier for you, maybe take a screenshot of your s0beit in-game and have that screenshot open, so you can find what you look for.
