CLEO Release [/.SPEC] Spectate Players

With this mod you'll be able to spectate players like an admin.

Just type /.spec ID to start spectating.
Type /.spec to stop spectating.

You will need SAMPFUNCS 3.0

RUN SAMP WITH THE CLEO
Now u will see a ini file in your CLEO folder
Make sure StickToPlayer is set to 0 !
