Static crosshair

I would need a static crosshair if possible.
I do not want nospread, I don't want to toggle it either
all I need is a not expanding crosshair while still having normal spread. 
Is it possible? if yes, do it for me please or post a link if possible. thanks.

Here is an alternative you can use, until you find something better.
I use this one. I know you said no toggle, but this is the only one i have  :fuck_yea:

it crashes my gta sadly
whenever i type crosshair (just like that), gta stops responding

Wierd, maybe its because you dont have sampfuncs? :surprised: 
Im not sure if this cleo needs sampfuncs. But it works for me

Can you also give me the newest version for 0.3.7? I'd die by the time I find it among the many versions
