suggestion regarding lev_m0ds

Hello, would like to upload a new release of lev_m0ds. Therefore I suggest:
1) give me enough privileges to post threads in San Andreas Multiplayer section ( https://ugbase.eu/forums/releases.16 )
2) unlock thread of lev_m0ds and allow me to edit it ( https://ugbase.eu/threads/lev_m0ds-samp-cheats-nov-2021-release.169 )

Since I cannot publish a new release lev_m0ds properly, for now I will simply dump it anywhere I deem fit

3) please allow edit posts indefinitely, I need to make regular updates

Hi,

He's to busy and here's mainly made policy which says.. Possiblity to edit own post was disabled within few mins after post release.
This prevents from deleting entire post Once peoples get what they wanted.

I already suggested a way how i could solve his proble. So far i see it as only one option.
