As far as I know, admins can see what you type in the chat, no? I mean when i type for example /sk 0 0, he can see it like that: "PLAYER BLABLA: /SK 0 0".

SAMPFUNCS hook sending function and doesn't send any command registered by cleo script.

Server can't see used client commands like /fpslimit /pagesize /dl etc. So you can use it safely, but if you mistype and do like /ks 333 69 and server logs all commands they would see that.
