Found it on a russian website. It will works if server uses a cabin animation to change skin.
How to use it----
1-Put it in your cleo folder
2-Log ingame and go to clothes shop which can change your skin (server must be use a cabin animation unless it wont work.)
3-Select a skin you liked
4-Dont select buy and type /skin_hack
5-It will teleport you somewhere with your selected skin
5-Profit $$$
