Updating an old script

Hey guys, I've been trying to edit MapStealer/Recorder to make it work for SA:MP 0.3.7 version. I edited some codes, but I got no idea which file I need to compile, and which program has to be used for that compile.. Could you guys please tell me:
• Which program should I use to compile the script?

Small Note, [member=7709]Biker[/member], You can get that Object Stealer for 0.3.7 from the Blue Eclipse S0beit. It has that feature.

Its better to use it rather than asking some mofo's about it.
