* Where you saw it (not the server, we mean if you saw any videos/screenshots about it or not): Google but it doesn't work

* What do you want (the most important part, explain this carefully): I want a cleo that allow me to edit my damage both melee and guns, like 1 type: /editwep to turn on then a list of gun id show on chatlog then i use command /setdmg idgun ... bla bla then i can shoot others with my damage... Please don't show me the cleo rapid fire  

* Details (add more details to your request) : It's on Samp 0.3.7 work with sampfuncs 5+
* On/off key (specify it): /editwep and /setdmg

no u can only edit the damage u take, others wont take any other damage unless they have edited damage for themselves.
u can try sending givetakedamage rpcs

We can't set the dame for them, you can only try givetakedamage urpc
